Intairco endeavours to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends. If an item is "out of stock" customers will be advised and a decision to back order or cancel the item can be made at that time.
Intairco reserves to right to upgrade the freight method to a courier service at no extra cost to the recipient. Intairco reserves to right to cancel an order if it deems the freight method is not acceptable to ensure the parcel arrives in an acceptable condition.
Please note that large items cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses. We must have a street address for these items as they will be carried via road freight.
Available Freight options
Australia Post - This is an ordinary Post Service and is not insured and is used at the clients OWN RISK. No Tracking number exists. For insured freight, please select the courier option.
Road Freight - We use TNT for large bulky items such as Kits. This service provides insurance and online tracking. You will receive a TNT notification via email that a consignment is on the way to you.
Please ensure there is someone available to accept the shipment. If the courier is unable to deliver, TNT will charge a “Redelivery Fee”. In the event that this occurs this fee will be charged to the customer’s account.
Domestic Delivery Expectations
Parcel Post: 2-4 Days
Express Post: Next Day to most post codes
TNT Road Freight: 3-4 Days to most post codes
For International orders using PayPal as the payment means we reserve the right to cancel orders that have Airmail Post as the selected freight option. Airmail Post does not offer Insurance, Proof of Delivery or Online tracking as required for PayPal’s Buyer protection scheme. For orders using PayPal as the payment method please select EMS or Courier as the shipping method.
For security reasons, Intairco will only ship international orders to the customer's billing address unless proof of residence can otherwise be proven. Intairco reserves the right to cancel any international orders if billing and shipping addresses are different or under any suspicious circumstances.
All prices on the Intairco Web Site Exclude GST (Australian Domestic “Goods & Services Tax”). GST will be added for Australian customers during the checkout process.
Intairco is not responsible for any costs or charges incurred with the importation of the consignment into the country of destination. Any local taxes and duties as determined by the customer’s local customs and taxation authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

EMS Post Courier: 3-5 Days to most international destinations
DHL Courier: 3-5 Days to most international destinations
Missing or Damaged Shipments
Please be sure to reconcile the number of boxes shipped with the number of boxes received. On occasion carriers may deliver boxes separately.
DO NOT accept boxes with exterior damage. The carrier will need to inspect the box and verify any damage before refund or replacement can occur.
